# Hello\.

> Why don\'t you write about it in your blag\?

I came of age when blogging was cool. I always wanted to blog consistently, but I squarely fit into
the wide swathe of the curve of people that habitually start and abandon blogs every few years.

But these days I'm finding myself with quite a lot to say: software development is evolving rapidly
because of AI, and I want to catalog that shift as it happens. What gets easier and what gets
harder? What are the limits of the tools, and which of those limits will actually stick around? What
does the work even look like now, or in a decade?

Expect essays, notes, links, and occasional updates drawn mostly from my work. There will be lots of
opinions and maybe some dog photos.

Thanks for reading, and enjoy your visit to my [wobsite](https://xkcd.com/148/).
